Neck Nodes

In oral cancers neck node enlargement may be secondary to cancer growth at the primary site. Ultrasound or CT scan can detect enlarged nodes. Both the primary site and neck nodes need to be treated. This could be achieved with surgery alone or surgery with radiation.
